This is a super quality Fujian green tea; a careful picking of one bud with one leaf or one bud with two leaves in late March, then a delicate roll into “dragon pearls” and flavoured with fresh Jasmine flowers in late May or early June, (when Jasmine flowers bloom in Guangxi province.)

This lengthy and difficult process results in a quality of product far beyond those using synthetic essences.

Dry, the balls are fragrant and beautiful and the tea liquor is light yellow, smooth, sweet, and viscous with a long lingering fragrance of jasmine flowers.
